His/her main responsibilities will be:

Accounting

Coordinate with our subsidiaries to guarantee results and information.

• Review monthly countable closing and prepare reportings.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Tax

Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner if apply.

• Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work if apply.
• Require skills & experience:
• Accounting Technical Knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years experience (2 years in audit).
• Office Suites Advanced User.
• Attention to detail. Used to work under pressure.

• The main responsibility is to make sure we are getting new Spanish landlords and companies to sign up in Spotahome and get more properties in our website.
• In order to achieve the above, take initiative and lead your clients portfolio.
• Analyze and benchmark existing defects in our way of acquiring Spanish landlords, in our legal contracts attaching to them etc.
• Work with the Property Acquisition team and Listing Onboarding team to identify strategies to increase both the quantity and quality of our Spanish landlords and companies and the overall experience of our Spanish landlords and set priorities to execute on opportunities.

• Passion for changing the rental market and the real estate industry. Being either a tenant or a landlord is a plus, and having had to move and rent housing several times around the world.

Position Description

Reporting to the Plant Controller, this position oversees all cost control activities related to inventories and Sales Projects.

Accountabilities

-Standard cost calculation -Cost of manufactured material -Valuation of Inventories -Project Control – cost of sales projects -Review and control of production orders -Fixed assets control -Order Backlog control -Customer orders and invoicing reporting

Position Requirements

– Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent – 5 years of proven experience in performing similar functions preferably in an Industrial Company/Sector – Project management experience – Knowledge in SAP – Team player and responsible for meeting deadlines – Reliable – High commitment with Company
