We are currently seeking a full-time Financial Accountant to work within our busy accounts team.

Your main responsibilities will be: Create and review the monthly accounts from relevant region as allocated (P&L, Balance Sheet and KPIs): sales ledger, purchase ledger, nominal ledger, accounts reconciliation. Analyse and report on discrepancies, ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity of information to be presented at board meetings Develop cashflow and P&L forecasting and re-forecasting of budget Budgeting, Analysis of deviations Ensure financial compliance with HMRC and Audit Assist with cost saving and shared service initiatives

Monitor key assets and liabilities to help drive improvements to the balance sheet and business as a whole Monthly reports with suggested improvements on budgets deviations. Responsible for ensuring monthly balance sheet reconciliations are completed, and any issues addressed Work closely with and coordinate the accounts teams to ensure accurate, detailed and coherent performance reporting Highlight areas for improvement in the above Processing of month end journals, accruals and prepayments Daily management of cash flow, and inter-account transfers as required Monitoring of contract income, and assist in dealing with any issues arising Ad-hoc reporting both internally and externally Assist in preparation in advance for annual external audit, as well as dealing with auditors in person

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, with generalist experience within an Accounts setting.

They must be proactive and lead by example, support the accounting team as required. This is a full and varied role

OTC Collections Analyst wanted for leading multinational

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining unallocated cash within agreed limits • Request payment remittance from customer to provide to Cash Applications Team • Produce monthly statements to send to external customers in line with clients SOX processes. • Collect progress and escalate high quality dispute information as required in accordance with escalation policy. • Ensure that the collections process are followed and in adherence with SOX. Skills Required:

• Fluent English and Italian (business Level fluency vebal and written). • Third Level Business Degree • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience within the OtC area and a basic understanding of cash application processes and technologies will be an advantage. • A minimum of one year experience working with SAP. • Experience working in a SOX404 environment.Languages: Italian, French, Spanisch, German and Dutch
