POSITION SUMMARY: This position is ideal for a first time job or for someone looking to re-orient his/her career. Rental Agents are responsible for direct customer service, process RV rental contract transactions, vehicle demonstrations, answer incoming calls from the general public, walk-ins, office and clerical duties. Primary responsibilities are to provide world-class customer service to optimize the traveler’s vacation experience.Successful candidates demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
