POSITION SUMMARY: This position is ideal for a first time job or for someone looking to re-orient his/her career. Rental Agents are responsible for direct customer service, process RV rental contract transactions, vehicle demonstrations, answer incoming calls from the general public, walk-ins, office and clerical duties. Primary responsibilities are to provide world-class customer service to optimize the traveler’s vacation experience.Successful candidates demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an entry level position and we are willing to train the right individual.Preference will be given to candidates who have a least one of the following competences: – Customer service experience – Speaking German, Dutch or French is a plus POSITION REQUIREMENTS: *Must possess a true commitment to problem solving and providing excellent customer service, and be a hardworking team player with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment. *Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent *Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. *Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen *Must be available to work Saturday *Overtime to be expected during summer months *Must possess valid driver license Cruise America is an employee owned company and we offers excellent benefits, vacation time (2 weeks/year), paid personal time off (5 days/year) paid sick time (3 days/year).
