Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Program
The Multilingual Talents Referral Partner Program allows registered referrers to introduce candidates for eligible vacancies. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to act on behalf of Multilingual Talents.
2. Valid referrals
A referral must be submitted before the candidate is hired and must contain accurate contact details. The candidate must have consented to their data and CV being shared for recruitment. A candidate already in our active recruitment records, already referred, or already introduced by another source may be ineligible.
3. First valid referrer
Where more than one person refers the same candidate, the first valid timestamped referral normally owns the referral. Multilingual Talents may review disputes and correct attribution where evidence shows an error, prior relationship or abuse.
4. Bonuses
Bonus amounts vary by vacancy and are displayed before submission. The amount and currency applicable at the moment a valid referral is created are stored as a snapshot and later changes to the vacancy bonus do not change that referral.
5. 90-day qualification
A bonus is not earned merely because a candidate is hired. The candidate must remain employed for the configured qualification period, normally 90 consecutive days from the recorded hire/start date, and employment must then be verified by Multilingual Talents.
6. Ineligible or cancelled bonuses
No bonus is payable for duplicate, fraudulent, self-referrals, withdrawn candidates, rejected candidates, materially false information, or employment ending before the qualification requirement is satisfied.
7. PayPal payments
Approved bonuses are paid manually by PayPal to the PayPal email saved in the referrer profile. The referrer is responsible for keeping that address correct and accessible. A payment is treated as completed when Multilingual Talents records the PayPal transaction reference.
8. Tax
Referral bonuses may be taxable income. Referrers are responsible for their own tax declarations, registrations and obligations in their country. Multilingual Talents does not provide personal tax advice.
9. Fraud and suspension
We may pause, investigate, reject or suspend accounts and referrals where there is evidence of manipulation, duplicate identities, fabricated candidates, unauthorized personal data, payment abuse or other misuse.
10. Changes and disputes
We may change or end the program for future referrals. Existing valid referral snapshots remain governed by the terms accepted at submission unless a change is required by law. Questions or disputes should be sent to info@multilingualtalents.com.
