Location: Remote from Greece (relocation to Greece required)

Gross monthly salary: €1,050
Monthly performance bonus: Up to €100
Potential total gross monthly earnings: €1,150 including bonus

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient support via phone, email, and chat. You will ensure a positive customer experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, money transfers, transactions, and general service information.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying appropriate solutions and following established procedures.
• Accurately record all customer interactions in the company’s systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Stay up to date with company policies, products, and procedures through ongoing training.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Portuguese (minimum C1 level).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required, as full training will be provided.

Salary and Bonuses

• Gross monthly salary: €1,050.
• Monthly performance bonus: up to €100, depending on productivity and quality targets.
• Potential total monthly earnings: €1,150 gross including bonus.
• Salary increase after 12 months of continuous employment from the hiring date.
