Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative – Greece (Remote)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Greece (you must be based in Greece)
Language: Dutch (C1–C2) and fluent English
Employment: Full-time | 12-month contract
Salary: €1,300 gross per month + performance bonuses of up to €200

About the role

Join an international, multicultural customer service team supporting global brands. You will respond to customers, provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, follow up on enquiries and work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences. Remote work is possible from any city in Greece.

What you will do

• Assist customers with product and service questions.
• Handle complaints professionally and identify practical solutions.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain clear records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1–C2) and fluent English.
• Legal right to work in Greece.
• Strong communication, customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and online systems.
