Hybrid Internship Evaluation Guide

Hybrid does not mean the same thing at every employer. Check:

• Required office days per week
• Exact office location
• Whether attendance changes during onboarding
• Equipment and home-working requirements
• Travel expectations
• Working hours and time-zone rules
• Whether remote work is allowed from another city or country
• How supervision and mentoring work on remote days
