Learning & Development Internship — Learning Solutions Design

About the internship
Design learning solutions, conduct needs analysis and create training assets with ASML’s learning and development teams.

Responsibilities
Design learning solutions using learning-science and adult-learning principles. Conduct learning-needs analyses. Collaborate with trainers and subject-matter experts. Create e-learning, classroom materials, video and performance-support tools. Develop reusable templates and guidelines. Contribute to continuous improvement of learning services.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s student in educational sciences, learning sciences, learning and development or a related field. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Interest in practical learning design and workplace development.

Practical details
Non-thesis internship, minimum 6 months and at least 32 hours per week, including three days on site. Projected start: end of August 2026.
