ITALIAN OTC COLLECTIONS ANALYST

OTC Collections Analyst wanted for leading multinational

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining unallocated cash within agreed limits
• Request payment remittance from customer to provide to Cash Applications Team
• Produce monthly statements to send to external customers in line with clients SOX processes.
• Collect progress and escalate high quality dispute information as required in accordance with escalation policy.
• Ensure that the collections process are followed and in adherence with SOX.

Skills Required:

• Fluent English and Italian (business Level fluency vebal and written).
  • Third Level Business Degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience within the OtC area and a basic understanding of cash application processes and technologies will be an advantage.
  • A minimum of one year experience working with SAP.
  • Experience working in a SOX404 environment.Languages: Italian, French, Spanisch, German and Dutch
