As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver top-quality service in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries about products and services
Handle and resolve complaints professionally
Work collaboratively with a team to provide excellent support
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on interactions
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and English (both are mandatory)
Must have a valid work permit for Greece
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
